  • All of our wigs are hand-made by Black, independent stylists in North America. Each wig is customized to your individual requirements. 
  • Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your wig order. We do not permit rush orders, due to the high standard of our product.
  • True quality and luxury takes time. You will receive updates on the status of your order immediately after purchase.

Bundles, Closures and Frontals

  • Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your bundles, closures and frontals. 
  • Bundles, Closures and Frontals are washed and conditioned before they are sent out.

Hair Accessories

  • Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your hair accessories.

  • Warranties include complimentary wash, condition, repair and restyling services.

What is Ready to Wear?

ALL of our wigs, lace frontals and closures arrive Ready to Wear, meaning they include:

  • fully bleached and toned knots
  • a plucked hairline
  • parting of your choice
  • styling 
  • any other customization that is included, such as custom color. 

Our wigs are designed, constructed and customized by Black stylists in North America. The only thing you need to do is cut the lace.

Hair Sourcing & Our INVISILLI Method

We do NOT sell Chinese hair. Our hair is ethically sourced from Cambodia and Burma. Meaning, all donors of hair are fairly and adequately compensated, without force. In the last 3 years, we have spent over $100,000 USD in quality testing, sourcing and supply chain refinement. We currently partner with a small, family owned company, specializing in ethical hair sourcing in Cambodia and Burma. Our INVISILLI Method is a company designed and protected method of designing wigs, for the flattest, most realistic and comfortable effect.

Frequently Asked Questions

RAW Hair has not been steamed processed or chemically altered in any way and will behave just like human hair growing out of your hair. It can last 4+ years. No fillers, no processing, no animal hair and no plastic.

VIRGIN Hair has been steam processed to give it texture ie deep wave, loose wave. The virgin hair on the market is often filled with fillers and the processing can decrease the longevity of the hair.

We only provide premium quality raw hair. The hair that we source is the highest that we can possibly find on the market!

For NAIJ Hair - 200% density is 3 bundles (100g each) and a closure/frontal.

COVID-19 Update

We expect that you will receive your item in 7-10 business days. We are taking extra precaution when handling your product. IF delays are to occur, they are most likely due to the shipping carriers.

Natural black, also known as 1b is an off-black. It's not pure black, as it has a hint of dark brown, making it a natural hue.

Yes! You can heat style and color your hair. We recommend using a heat protectant and consulting a professional in order to protect your hair extensions when coloring your hair.

COVID-19 UPDATE

We are not accepting returns. We are only accepting exchanges for products that are unopened, untampered, unworn and not manipulated. If you send return the hair and we deem it to be tampered with, we will not issue an exchange. We will also not return the product back to you.
